Cessation of Fingerprinting Services for the Certificate of Clearance

With effect from 1 October 2022, the Singapore Embassy in Beijing will no longer provide fingerprinting services for foreigners applying for the Certificate of Clearance from the Singapore Police Force. Applicants who require their fingerprints taken may enquire with the local notaries public, fingerprinting agencies or police stations on the provision of fingerprinting services.
