The Singapore Embassy in Beijing wishes to invite relevant companies to quote for PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE OF THE AUTOMATIC MAINS FAILURE (AMF) GENERATOR SYSTEMS FOR THE SINGAPORE EMBASSY IN BEIJING AND THE OFFICIAL RESIDENCE LOCATED AT LIANG MA QIAO, FOR A PERIOD OF TWO YEARS FROM 01 NOVEMBER 2026 TO 31 OCTOBER 2028, WITH AN OPTION TO EXTEND ONE YEAR FROM 1 NOVEMBER 2028 TO 31 OCTOBER 2029.

3        Your proposal shall be evaluated based on the criteria below:

Evaluation Criteria

·        Potential Suppliers must attend a compulsory site briefing that will be conducted on Monday, 29 June 2026 at 15:00 hrs Beijing Time, at the Singapore Embassy in Beijing.


·        Potential Suppliers must furnish a valid China company registration certificate, and a certificate/ authorisation letter from the manufacturer that it is an authorised service provider for its generator projects.


·        Price (45%)


·        Compliance with Specifications (40%)


·        Track Record (15%)


4        The quotation opening period will be until Monday, 6 July 2026, 16:00hrs Beijing Time. All proposals must be submitted BY HAND in a sealed envelope to the Singapore Embassy in Beijing indicating the title as: “PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE OF THE AUTOMATIC MAINS FAILURE (AMF) GENERATOR SYSTEMS FOR THE SINGAPORE EMBASSY IN BEIJING AND THE OFFICIAL RESIDENCE LOCATED AT LIANG MA QIAO, FOR A PERIOD OF TWO YEARS FROM 01 NOVEMBER 2026 TO 31 OCTOBER 2028, WITH AN OPTION TO EXTEND ONE YEAR FROM 1 NOVEMBER 2028 TO 31 OCTOBER 2029”. Quotations received after the deadline will not be considered.


5        The Singapore Embassy will post the Award Notice on its Bulletin Board at the Embassy.
