SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF TWO AIR-CONDITIONING UNITS AT THE SINGAPORE EMBASSY IN BEIJING (SEMB)
在新加坡驻华大使馆供应并安装俩台空调设备
You are invited by the Government of the Republic of Singapore as represented by the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Beijing under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to participate in this Invitation to Quote (“ITQ”) for the supply and installation of two air-conditioning units at the Singapore Embassy in Beijing (SEMB).
以新加坡共和国外交部下属之新加坡共和国驻华大使馆为代表的新加坡共和国政府（“招标人”），特此邀请贵方参与为新加坡驻华大使馆供应并安装俩台空调设备服务之报价（“报价邀请书”）。
2 This ITQ contains the following:
本报价邀请书包含以下内容：
a) Annex A - Instructions to Potential Suppliers;
附件A - 潜在供应商须知；
b) Annex B - Conditions of Contract;
附件B - 合同条件；
c) Annex C - Requirement Specifications;
附件C- 技术规范；
d) Annex D - Non-Disclosure Agreement
附件D - 保密协议
3 Your Quotation must be fully completed and submitted in accordance with this ITQ. You are advised to read carefully all documents enclosed in this ITQ before submitting your Quotation. All submissions must reach the Singapore Embassy in Beijing BY HAND, not later than Friday, 3 July 2026, 1600hrs (China Time).
贵方的报价必须按照本报价邀请书完整制作和提交。建议贵方在提交贵方报价前仔细阅读附于本报价邀请书的所有文件。所有投标书必须在2026年07月03日（星期五）下午四点（中国时间）之前亲手送达新加坡驻华大使馆。
4 A compulsory site briefing will be conducted on Friday, 26 June 2026 at 1500hrs Beijing time at the Singapore Embassy in Beijing. Bidders who did not participate in the site briefing will be disqualified. Interested vendors should email Ms Cheryl Chia (cheryl.chia@pfspl.com.sg) to register for the briefing.
强制报价实地视察讲解会将于北京时间2026年 06月 26日（星期五）下午三点在新加坡驻华大使馆举行。没有参与实地视察讲解会的投标者将被取消资格参与此招标。感兴趣的投标商请电邮谢小姐(cheryl.chia@pfspl.com.sg）报名登记。
5 The Quotations received shall be evaluated based on the critical and evaluation criteria below. Tenderers who do not meet the critical criteria will be disqualified from participating in the ITQ.
我们将根据以下关键与评标标准对报价进行评估。不符合关键标准的投标者将被取消参与投标资格。

7 The Government of the Republic of Singapore does not bind itself to accept the lowest Quotation Offer, or the whole or any part of any Quotation Offer.
