The Singapore Embassy in Beijing wishes to invite relevant companies to quote for THE PROVISION OF MAINTENANCE AND SERVICING OF GAS SUPPRESSION (INERGEN) SYSTEM THE SINGAPORE EMBASSY IN BEIJING, PRC FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (3) YEARS FROM 01 MAY 2026 TO 30 APRIL 2029.

3 Your proposal shall be evaluated based on the criteria below:

4 The quotation opening period will be until Friday, 13 February 2026 at 16:00 hrs Beijing Time. All proposals must be submitted BY HAND in a sealed envelope to the Singapore Embassy in Beijing indicating the title as: “THE PROVISION OF MAINTENANCE AND SERVICING OF GAS SUPPRESSION (INERGEN) SYSTEM THE SINGAPORE EMBASSY IN BEIJING, PRC FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (3) YEARS FROM 01 MAY 2026 TO 30 APRIL 2029”. Quotations received after the deadline will not be considered.
5 The Singapore Embassy will post the Award Notice on its Bulletin Board at the Embassy.
