The Singapore Embassy in Beijing wishes to invite relevant companies to quote for PROVISION OF PEST CONTROL SERVICES FOR THE SINGAPORE EMBASSY IN BEIJING AND OFFICIAL RESIDENCE LOCATED AT LIANG MA QIAO, FOR A PERIOD OF ONE (01) YEAR FROM 01 NOVEMBER 2026 TO 31 OCTOBER 2027, WITH AN OPTION TO EXTEND FOR ONE (01) YEAR FROM 01 NOVEMBER 2027 TO 31 OCTOBER 2028.

3          Your proposal shall be evaluated based on the criteria below:

·      Potential Suppliers must attend a compulsory site briefing that will be conducted on Friday, 18 September 2026 at 15:00 hrs Beijing Time, at the Singapore Embassy in Beijing.


·      Potential Suppliers must furnish a valid China company registration certificate, Grade A Qualification Credentials for Pest Control Operator in China, and Grade A Beijing Pest Control Service Agency Capability Certificate, to deliver and provide the required the goods and services to the Singapore Embassy promptly without delay


·      Price (45%)


·      Compliance with Specifications (40%)


·      Track Record (15%)


4          The quotation opening period will be until Wednesday, 23 September 2026, 16:00hrs Beijing Time. All proposals must be submitted BY HAND in a sealed envelope to the Singapore Embassy in Beijing indicating the title as: “PROVISION OF PEST CONTROL SERVICES FOR THE SINGAPORE EMBASSY IN BEIJING AND OFFICIAL RESIDENCE LOCATED AT LIANG MA QIAO, FOR A PERIOD OF ONE (01) YEAR FROM 01 NOVEMBER 2026 TO 31 OCTOBER 2027, WITH AN OPTION TO EXTEND FOR ONE (01) YEAR FROM 01 NOVEMBER 2027 TO 31 OCTOBER 2028”. Quotations received after the deadline will not be considered.


5          The Singapore Embassy will post the Award Notice on its Bulletin Board at the Embassy.
