The Singapore Embassy in Beijing wishes to invite relevant companies to quote for THE PROVISION OF MAINTENANCE SERVICES OF FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEM FOR THE SINGAPORE EMBASSY IN BEIJING, PRC FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR FROM 16 MAY 2026 TO 15 MAY 2027, WITH AN OPTION TO EXTEND ONE YEAR FROM 16 MAY 2027 TO 15 MAY 2028.

3        Your proposal shall be evaluated based on the criteria below:

Critical Criteria

Evaluation Criteria

· Potential Suppliers must attend a compulsory site briefing that will be conducted on Tuesday, 03 March 2026, 11:00 hrs Beijing Time, at the Singapore Embassy in Beijing.


· Potential Suppliers must furnish a valid China company registration certificate, and be based in China to deliver and provide the required the goods and services to the Singapore Embassy promptly without delay.

· Price (45%)


· Compliance with Specifications (40%)


· Track Record (15%)


4        The quotation opening period will be until Friday, 13 March 2026 at 16:00 hrs Beijing Time. All proposals must be submitted BY HAND in a sealed envelope to the Singapore Embassy in Beijing indicating the title as: “THE PROVISION OF MAINTENANCE SERVICES OF FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEM FOR THE SINGAPORE EMBASSY IN BEIJING, PRC FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR FROM 16 MAY 2026 TO 15 MAY 2027, WITH AN OPTION TO EXTEND ONE YEAR FROM 16 MAY 2027 TO 15 MAY 2028”. Quotations received after the deadline will not be considered.


5        The Singapore Embassy will post the Award Notice on its Bulletin Board at the Embassy.
