The Singapore Embassy in Beijing wishes to invite relevant companies to tender for the PROVISION OF LANDSCAPE AND HORTICULTURE SERVICES FOR THE SINGAPORE EMBASSY AND OFFICIAL RESIDENCE IN BEIJING, PRC FOR A PERIOD OF TWO YEARS FROM 01 NOVEMBER 2026 TO 31 OCTOBER 2028 WITH AN OPTION TO EXTEND FOR ONE YEAR FROM 01 NOVEMBER 2028 TO 31 OCTOBER 2029.

3          Your tender proposal shall be evaluated based on the criteria below:

Evaluation Criteria

·        Potential Tenderers must attend a compulsory site briefing on Wednesday, 20 May 2026 at 1500hrs Beijing time at the Singapore Embassy in Beijing.

·        Potential Tenderers must be incorporated in China with an office in Beijing and be in possession of a valid Chinese company registration licence/ certificate for landscape and horticulture services, to deliver the required goods and services to the Embassy promptly without delay.

·        Price (50%)


·        Compliance with Requirement Specifications (25%)


·        Track Record (25%)


4          The tender opening period will be until Friday, 10 July 2026 at 16:00 hrs Beijing Time. All proposals must be submitted BY HAND in a sealed envelope to the Singapore Embassy in Beijing indicating the title as: “PROVISION OF LANDSCAPE AND HORTICULTURE SERVICES FOR THE SINGAPORE EMBASSY AND OFFICIAL RESIDENCE IN BEIJING, PRC FOR A PERIOD OF TWO YEARS FROM 01 NOVEMBER 2026 TO 31 OCTOBER 2028 WITH AN OPTION TO EXTEND FOR ONE YEAR FROM 01 NOVEMBER 2028 TO 31 OCTOBER 2029”. Tender proposals received after the deadline will not be considered.


5          The Singapore Embassy will post the Award Notice on its Bulletin Board at the Embassy.
