INVITATION TO TENDER FOR PROVISION OF MANAGING AGENT SERVICES FOR THE EMBASSY OF THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE IN BEIJING AND THE OFFICIAL RESIDENCE AT LIANG MA QIAO, BEIJING

You are invited by the Government of the Republic of Singapore as represented by the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Beijing under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (“Authority”), to participate in this Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) for the Provision of Managing Agent Services for the Singapore Embassy in Beijing and the Official Residence at Liang Ma Qiao, Beijing, for a period of two years from 01 September 2026 to 31 August 2028 with an option to extend by one year from 1 September 2028 to 31 August 2029.
以新加坡共和国外交部下属之新加坡共和国驻华大使馆为代表的新加坡共和国政府（“招标人”），特此邀请贵方参与为为新加坡驻华大使馆和官邸提供管理代理服务期限两（02）年, 从2026年9月01日至2028年8月31日并有一（01）年续期选择权2028年9月01日至2029年8月31日（“招标邀请涵”）。

3 Your bid must be fully completed and submitted in accordance with this ITT. You are advised to read carefully all documents enclosed in this ITT before submitting your tender proposal. All submissions must reach the Singapore Embassy in Beijing by hand, not later than Friday, 10 April 2026, 1600hrs (China Time).
贵方的报价必须按照本招标邀请涵完整制作和提交。建议贵方在提交贵方报价前仔细阅读附于本招标邀请涵的所有文件。所有投标书必须在2026年4月10日（星期五）下午四点（中国时间）之前亲手送达新加坡驻华大使馆。
4 A compulsory site briefing will be conducted on Tuesday, 10 March 2026 at 1500hrs Beijing time at the Singapore Embassy in Beijing. Tenderers who do not participate in the site visit will be disqualified. Interested vendors should email their interest to Ms Suzanne Tiong (Suzanne_tiong@mfa.gov.sg) to register for the briefing.
强制报价发布会将于北京时间2026年 3月10日（星期二）下午三点在新加坡驻华大使馆举行。没有参与实地视察的投标者将被取消资格参与此招标。感兴趣的供应商可电邮张女士(Suzanne_tiong@mfa.gov.sg) 报名登记。
5 The Tenders received shall be evaluated based on the critical and evaluation criteria below. Tenderers who do not meet the Critical Criteria will be disqualified from participating in the ITT.
