General enquiries
The Consular Section of the Embassy is open from 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 5pm from Mondays to Fridays. All counter services are available by appointment only. Please make an appointment here or scan the QR code below. You are required to bring cash for payment and all necessary materials. Please take note of the following requirements:
Valid identification documents – Bring your passport and/or identification documents (e.g. NRIC). Valid identification is required for the Embassy to verify your identity and attest your signature.
Complete set of documents to be signed – Bring the complete set of documents to be signed but do not sign them in advance. You must sign them in the presence of our officers for the Embassy to attest your signature.

All Singaporeans residing in China are encouraged to register with the Embassy via e-Register using your SingPass login details. Doing so will enable us to contact you and render the necessary assistance during an emergency or crisis.
